New
York Setof 7 Placesettings
Silver
Plated
Designed
by Henning Koppel in 1963 as a tribute to the World Exhibition held
in New York of that year, and in 1966 won the Danish ID prize for
its unique design.
This
set is normally available only in stainless steel, however this
particularly rare set was originally sold with an electroplated
silver finish, (Marks on back indicating E.P.N.S. - Electroplated
Nickel Silver shown here)
giving it a very rich silver luster, and making it a very unique
and beautiful set.
